These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Groomly platform, including our website at trygroomly.com, client booking portal, mobile application, and SMS notification services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

SMS Messaging Program

By utilizing the Groomly platform, subscribing to service alerts, or completing an onboarding check-out form, you agree to receive recurring automated transaction, pet care lifecycle, and localized route optimization SMS messages from Groomly on behalf of your local service provider at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your pet’s maintenance interval. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out of these notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message received. For support, reply HELP or email support@trygroomly.com.

The Services

Groomly provides client retention and rebooking software to local service businesses. When you interact with a booking link, portal, or message powered by Groomly, your appointment is created with — and fulfilled by — your local service provider. Groomly is not the provider of grooming or other in-person services and is not responsible for their performance, quality, or pricing.

Booking & Cancellations

Appointments confirmed through Groomly are subject to your local service provider’s own booking, cancellation, and refund policies. Proposed appointment times are offers subject to provider confirmation and availability.

Loyalty & Referral Programs

Points, badges, tier discounts, and referral rewards offered through the Services have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Rewards are redeemable only toward services from the issuing local service provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to access another client’s information, circumventing security measures, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose. Booking links are personal, single-use, and may not be shared or resold.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groomly’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Groomly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
